MVARTEii is a small studio working between İzmir and Copenhagen. We work with a chosen group of Nordic designers and Mediterranean makers to release furniture, lighting, objects and textiles — slowly, and only when they're right.

Each piece is documented from raw material to finished object. We publish the makers, the origin and the finish of every component.
Four principles.
Material honesty
Oak, linen, clay, stone, brass, terrazzo, marble. Shown as they are — no veneers, no shortcuts.
Slow release
A small number of pieces each year. Each one is studied for months before it leaves the studio.
Soft geometry
Forms are kept simple, but never severe. The aim is calm presence, not minimalism for its own sake.
Designed to be kept
Construction, repairability and end of life are part of the brief. Furniture meant to outlast its first room.
